Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No, not to search or check trains. Without an account you can search trains, stations and connections, open departure boards, use the map, see delays, save stations and routes and use the widget for a saved route. An account (Google or Apple) is needed for train alerts, the lock-screen card for your train, kilometre tracking and the ranking.

Is the app free?

Yes. The app has no paid features. The 3D view shows short ads that extend the session.

Where does the train data come from?

Train operations data for Poland comes from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (PKP PLK). We calculate punctuality from that data.

Is there an app for Android and iPhone?

Yes. Get it on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone.

How do I set a delay alert for a train?

Open the timetable, find the train and tap the bell icon. Choose a push notification or e-mail only. Alerts need an account and work in Poland, Belgium and Finland.

Do the widget and lock screen work without an account?

The widget shows departures for a saved route and works without an account. The lock-screen card on iPhone and the ongoing notification on Android show the journey of your chosen train, which needs an account.

Which countries does the app cover?

18 countries: Australia (New South Wales), Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Delay notifications work in Poland, Belgium and Finland. In the US the timetable has no live delays, because Amtrak does not publish them.
