Where the train data for Croatia comes from

Trainradar24 does not run trains and does not resell anyone's timetable. Departures and the timetable for Croatia come from the Croatian railway timetable published by HŽ Passenger Transport (HŽ Putnički prijevoz), used here without changes.

On top of that we add what the timetable alone does not show: where a train is between two stations. It is worked out from the timetable, so it is an estimate, not a measurement.

Is Trainradar24 free?

Yes. The map and the departure boards are free, and you do not need an account to open the map. There is no paid tier that unlocks the data on this page.

Does it work for every train in Croatia?

It covers the services in the public timetable of HŽ Passenger Transport. There are no live delays for Croatia, so the boards show planned times and say so, rather than guessing a number.

How is this different from the operator's own app?

An operator's app covers its own trains. Trainradar24 puts several countries on one map and shows where a train should be, not only when it was due to leave.
